One of God’s greatest gifts is a sleeping baby. There is nothing sweeter. They’re just so innocent when they’re snoozin’. I can’t help but stare at them when they’re just so angelic. So, this whole post is dedicated to my angels sleeping. <3
I have reminded myself to slow down and just take these moments in. It won’t be long before they are few and far between.
This past week or so, we haven’t done a whole lot.
Last Thursday, my neighbor let me borrow a lens he is selling. These photos are from that lens :)

After I gave the lens back (reluctantly) I got an email saying one of my lenses I had listed was SOLD. Yeah, the Tamron 28-75 is coming back to live with us!!! :)
Friday, the boys and I hung out at home waiting on Papa to get here. While we waited, I let Gav play with Play-Doh. Yes, a very rare occurrence in this house, but he loves the stuff. He watched the boys while Jon and I went to his coworker’s house. Our first night out alone (not shopping) since June 2010! Much needed!
B just chilled in the living room… as usual.

Saturday, the boys and I ran some errands with my dad. Jon and I went to his work Christmas/Winter party. It was a BLAST! His coworkers and their spouses are wonderful. We had such a great time at The Argosy Hotel and Casino. We had 20 bucks and were going to gamble it away, but I realized I left my wallet at home. Oops. No ID means no gambling. Probably a good thing ;) Maybe we’ll go back some night. The only photo I have from Saturday is a cell photo. Date Night! :)
Sunday, I spent the day cooking. I made Bierocks! Yummmmm! Very time consuming, but so worth it.

Monday, we stayed home and prepared for the big snow storm headed our way. Joy.
Tuesday, we became stranded. We got soooo much snow and it’s so cold. When Jon left for work, there wasn’t any snow on the ground. When he got home, he had to dig his way into the cul-de-sac thanks to snow plows.
After shoveling snow, Jon came in and warmed up and played a little hallway football with our future QB :)
Sorry, I’m a little late with these. B is such a busy baby now and Gav is crazy, I get busy. So, as promised, I am blogging B’s 6 month photos.
6 month stats: 22 lbs 1 oz, 29 1/8 inches long
At 6 months, he is just now sleeping through the night. 2 days before he turned 6 months, he started sleeping all night. Yay! He can now put his feet in his mouth. He eats baby food twice a day. He LOVES avocados! He can roll both ways. He is starting to sit unassisted. Well, tripod, but still sitting. He is trying to get on his hands and knees, but no crawling yet. He just rolls wherever he wants to go. He has started to babble :)
